Award Winning Vegetarian Food Studio to Host Curry Masterclass for The Wallich

On 1st October at 7pm, The Cardiff Making a Difference & Gratitude Group will be hosting a Curry MasterClass Evening at the award winning Vegetarian Food Studio on Penarth Road, Cardiff.
All proceeds from the night will go to The Wallich.
Having built the Vegetarian Food Studio into Cardiff's leading vegetarian restaurant and winning recognition at a national level, plans are afoot to expand into a bigger location and open another store, however as Neil Patel, Owner and Head Chef, says:
“We are a family business and this is a restaurant where families can come and enjoy good food at reasonable prices and will always remain so.
I want people from all backgrounds to sample the different and authentic traditional Indian and Asian inspired vegetarian and vegan cuisine on offer.”
The Vegetarian food studio has very kindly not only given very generously of their time and premises to host this event but also are donating all the food so that 100% of ALL monies raised will go The Wallich.
In the Restaurant, Chef Neil Patel will prepare and demonstrate a selection of 4 different dishes from the Vegetarian Food Studio menu, so that attendees can learn, from the very best, how to cook a wonderful Vegetarian Indian meal.
Once the demonstration is over there will then be a sit down meal of the dishes Neil has demonstrated and prepared, which will include: Paneer Pakora, Channa Masala, Aubergine Potato & Pea Curry, and Mixed Vegetable Pilau Rice.
Tickets cost £22.50 and include the Masterclass and meal. A raffle will also be drawn on the night.
