Our Tenancy Support and Crisis Intervention Services are FREE, Confidential and Non Judgemental advice and support service to people over the age of 17 who are either homeless or are in danger of losing their tenancy.
We have two services that could assist you to maintain your tenancy: Crisis Intervention Service – Short term support Tenancy Support Service – Longer term support up to 18 months
Our services can support you by:
* Helping you to keep your tenancy
* Helping with rent arrears by arranging payment plans
* Helping with benefit claims
* Helping with budgeting and managing your home
* Negotiate with other agencies/landlords for you
