We link landlords from the private rented sector, to our vulnerably housed or homeless clients and then offer a wide range of support to ensure the rental goes smoothly. We have over 25 years experience in housing management and can deal with a wide range of issues such as resolving housing benefit claims, and offering tenancy support to more vulnerable tenants.
We also offer very competitive rates and a full maintenance service from our in-house team.
