The Tenancy Support projects help people who have their own accommodation but, for whatever reason, are having difficulty in maintaining their tenancy. Our tenancy support service plays an important part in the prevention of homelessness.
The service:
• is available to anyone over the age of 16 (including families)
• works with people to find long-term solutions to their problems
• helps address rent arrears, threat of eviction, family disputes and landlord disagreements
• helps people living in temporary accommodation to access long-term solutions
• provides crisis intervention to anyone at immediate risk of becoming homeless for a any reason
