Consists of two full time Project Workers who deliver the Young People Floating Support Service. The project will provide low-level support to 28 young people aged between 16 and 25 across the whole of the Flintshire area. The aim of the service is to provide support to young people who need assistance to maintain their tenancy and may have complex support needs. The project will be working closely with the relevant agencies to ensure referrals are received from those who most need support to maintain accommodation.
