The Swansea Rough Sleepers Intervention team provides humanitarian aid to rough sleepers every morning, five days a week.

The service:

• offers housing advice and referrals to appropriate agencies
• facilitates access to healthcare and legal services
• provides hot food and drink and when available sleeping bags or storm tents
