Our St John’s Hostel provides a safe, secure, temporary home in shared accommodation along with a dedicated and comprehensive personal development plan for each resident, outlining how they want their life to change and how we can help them achieve their goals.
The service:
* Provides accommodation and 24-hour support to homeless men and women aged 18 +
* Offers short to medium term residencies in preparation for resettlement into permanent homes
* Helps people with specific needs and problems that are causing or exacerbated by homelessness, for example, substance misuse or mental health problems
* Supports people in developing independent living skills
* Facilitates access to other services such as healthcare, training or education
The project is a direct access Hostel, but also accepts referrals from the Local Authority and other relevant agencies.
